Heirloom Collection: Debbie Travis and Christmas

I know, it is not Christmas yet, and the weather tend to make us feel as if it was Spring or Autumn, but discovered a Victorian Christmas collection, by Debbie Travis, and it is to pretty to avoid talking about it in a Design blog.

It is all about sparkles, girly, but pale colors. The idea is to buy a set of neutral, pink or beige Christmas-tree baubles and to add some original girly ornaments afterwards to give the Victorian look.

What I like about the collection, is the delicacy of it. The use of lace ribbons and ribbons bows adds to princess feel of the whole concept.

I LOVE the use of pearls and diamonds (fake), but also, pastel pinks, creams, golds and corals. The Christmas tree bows are the most charming I have ever seen, in a vintage style crochet lace.

It is a fun new way to do your Christmas tree, especially for girls. I know that is how I want my Christmas tree to look like this year. I started to buy the vintage crochet lace bows, I also got a ‘Satin Rose ball Ornament’.

I will surely go back and get:

I cannot wait to put all those vintage and girly ornaments in my Christmas tree !

So, what style will you lean towards for your Christmas tree this year ?

Mine will obviously be the Heirloom Collection, by Debbie Travis, exclusive at Canadian Tire.
